Job Summary
Support the team to ensure project success from initiation through design, construction and completion, coordinating with multiple vendors to avoid downtime. Prepare project specifications and timelines, tender/bid documents, and vendor procurement; deliver weekly project reports to stakeholders; manage projects within established budgets and timelines. Requires experience in interior fit-out management for multinational clients, with abilities in scheduling, quality, cost and risk management; strong communication and collaboration to lead and motivate project teams; and a structured, organized, tech-savvy approach. Location: On-site in Singapore.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in a relevant field
- 1-8 years’ experience in design, construction, project management in interior fit-out projects for multinational clients
