Job Summary
Conduct property inspections and identify pest control needs to generate new business through prospecting and referrals. Build and present customized service proposals to homeowners and businesses, then close deals and own the full sales cycle from lead to service start. Upsell additional services to maximize customer value and commission while following up on leads quickly and consistently. Partner with operations to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve customer issues to maintain satisfaction. Respond to 95%+ of leads within 24 hours and hit monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- 5+ years of driving experience
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
Desired Qualifications
- Previous outside sales or commission-based experience
- Experience in home services, pest control, or route-based industries
