Job Summary
Professional M365 Engineer (L3) responsible for proactive incident/problem resolution, configuring/installing/testing/managing client infrastructure, monitoring, and collaboration with vendors. Role includes root-cause analysis, on-site technical support, monthly incident/review activities, client feedback loops, and opportunities for automation and project execution within the technology domain. May involve disaster recovery implementation and testing to ensure data protection and business continuity. Requires extensive experience in managed services, ITIL-driven processes, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/Computing. The role emphasizes cross-cultural communication, proactive service quality improvement, and delivering reliable, optimized client environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology/Computing or equivalent work experience
- Extensive experience in a medium to large ICT organization in an engineering function
- Proven experience in managed services with ITIL processes
- Proficiency in Windows Server Administration, Linux Server Administration, Virtualization Administration, Server Hardware, and Storage Administration
- Experience working with vendors/third parties
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-culturally
- Ability to plan activities and projects in advance and adapt to changing circumstances
- Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
- Active listening and client-focused approach
