Job Summary
Professional Learning Events Assistant to support the district’s Professional Learning team by coordinating student events, communications and marketing efforts, assisting with contracts and scheduling, and providing project and grant management support. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics for events/workshops/conferences, managing registrations and communications, supporting scheduling and timelines, tracking deliverables, maintaining records and documentation related to projects, contracts, and grants, assisting with contracting processes, developing promotional materials using Canva and Google Workspace, maintaining communication calendars, and ensuring excellent customer service to schools, presenters, partners, and stakeholders. Part-time role (20-25 hours/week) August through June, based in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, in-person requirements, with working conditions inside a heated/cooled facility and outdoor activities with students as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- preferred college-level coursework
- prior clerical/administrative experience
