Job Summary
Professional Land Surveyor responsible for boundary analysis, ALTA surveys, topographic surveys, construction support staking, LiDAR acquisition/processing, foundation surveys, Elevation Certificates, and other surveying duties; lead SITs, technical staff, and field crew; perform proposals, project management, and client-relations tasks; maintain industry technology edge; proficient in Autodesk and Trimble software; requires AL PLS and 5+ years of experience; strong communication skills and driving record.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in AL
- Proficient in GPS & Robotic Total Stations
- 5+ years of experience as a land surveyor
- Ability to communicate professionally orally and in writing
- Good driving record
- Pre-employment drug and motor vehicle record check
