Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of surveyors and technicians while overseeing project quality, safety standards, and accurate deliverables. Recruit and develop top talent to strengthen the practice, collaborate with leadership to identify new opportunities, and support business development through client engagement. Manage a wide range of project types including existing conditions, topographic, boundary, utility, and construction layout surveys. Required Qualifications
- Professional Land Surveyor registration (PLS)
- ability to obtain licensure with having SIT
- 10+ years of professional surveying experience
- Experience leading business development and client management efforts
- Experience leading and mentoring staff
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary consulting practice preferred
- Network of existing contacts is a plus
