Professional Land Surveyor

Coordinate and perform survey project work from planning through completion, including boundary, topographic, ALTA, right-of-way, construction, and land development surveys. Review survey data, calculations, plats, and legal descriptions for accuracy, while researching deeds, plats, easements, and other supporting documents. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, field staff, and clients to deliver accurate data, and assist with scheduling, budgeting, scope development, and proposal preparation. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to survey technicians and ensure field operations are completed safely and efficiently. Maintain organized project records and documentation.
