Job Summary
Remote Licensed Project Manager role specializing in land surveying. Manage Survey Technicians across the Midwest (Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio) with no field work required. Requires a valid PLS license in one or more listed states and experience in both field and office surveying. Responsibilities include supervision of survey crews, client development, and revenue generation, supported by AutoCAD/Carlson Survey proficiency and Quickbase familiarity. Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting are essential. Required Qualifications
- Must hold a valid Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in OH, IL, IN, or MI (multi-state licensure a plus)
- Field and office experience in land surveying
- Proven track record of acquiring new clients and generating revenue
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage survey crews remotely
- Experience using AutoCAD and/or Carlson Survey
- Proficiency with Quickbase is a plus
- Ability to work remotely with self-motivation and drive
