Job Summary
Conduct detailed research, produce various surveys, and interpret utility as-builts using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office. Review Title documents and demonstrate proficiency in electronic survey equipment while collaborating with the Surveyor for job completion. Maintain punctuality and a team-player attitude, adhering to a mandatory 40-hour weekly commitment with potential for overtime and weekend flexibility. A valid driver's license and Florida Professional Land Surveyors or Professional Surveyors & Mappers license are required. Candidates will undergo a mandatory drug test. Required Qualifications
- Florida Professional Land Surveyors (PLS) or Professional Surveyors & Mappers (PSM) License
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in electronic survey equipment
- Valid driver's license
- High School Diploma or GED
- Punctuality
- Responsibility
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented
