Job Summary
Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget. Lead and supervise survey crew staff and drafting technicians while building and maintaining client relationships. Prepare project estimates and job proposals, taking full responsibility for the financial performance of projects. Perform and manage land surveys including property and right-of-way determinations, boundary, ALTA, platting, land divisions, and topographic surveys. Mentor and train junior staff. Requires a Professional Surveyor with 5+ years of experience and proficiency in AutoCAD and Trimble business center. Salary is commensurate with experience; no sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- Professional Surveyor (PS)
- 5+ years of surveying experience
- Perform/manage land surveys including property and right-of-way determinations, boundary, ALTA, platting, land divisions and topographic surveys
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Trimble business center
- Successful applicants must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship
