Job Summary
Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in Arkansas to lead and manage Survey Technicians across Arkansas from the Fayetteville office. The role requires field and office surveying experience, strong client development to generate revenue, and proven leadership of survey crews. Responsibilities include overseeing projects, coordinating with civil engineering/environmental teams, and ensuring accuracy in surveys using AutoCAD or Carlson Survey (Quickbase is a plus). The position emphasizes collaboration, effective communication, and the ability to work from the office with potential remote-capabilities. Required Qualifications
- A valid Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license is Arkansas.
- Field and office experience in land surveying is essential.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proven track record of managing survey crews.
- Self-motivation, drive, and the ability to work remotely are important for success in this role.
- Experience using AutoCAD and/or Carlson Survey is required, and proficiency with Quickbase to log job statuses is a plus.
