Job Summary
Professional Land Surveyor in Oklahoma City with responsibility for overseeing survey technicians and field/office surveying operations. Must hold an Oklahoma PLS license (multistate licensure a plus), manage survey crews, and drive business development by acquiring new clients and revenue. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Carlson Survey is required; Quickbase experience a plus. Strong written and verbal communication, ability to take direction and grow with the company, and willingness to work in-office. Company-sponsored benefits and licensure reimbursement included.
Required Qualifications
- A valid Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license is Oklahoma. With multiple state licensures being a plus.
- Field and office experience in land surveying is essential, and attention to detail is a must.
- A proven track record of acquiring new clients and generating new revenue.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration and the ability to take direction and grow with the company.
- A proven track record of managing survey crews.
- Self-motivation, drive, and the ability to work remotely are important for success in this role.
- Experience using AutoCAD and/or Carlson Survey is required, and proficiency with Quickbase to log job statuses is a plus.
