Job Summary
Land Surveyor – Survey Technician at Mi-Tech Services, Inc. performs boundary, easement, deed and title review, conducts boundary surveys independently or with mentorship, carries out construction staking across multiple industries, and produces 3D models and road corridors while using Trimble survey equipment and reading engineering plans.
Required Qualifications
- Professional Land Surveying License in the State of Washington
- High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent
- 5+ Years of relevant experience is preferred
- Proficient in operating Trimble survey equipment
- Ability to read and comprehend engineering plans and construction documents, correspondence, and memos
- Valid driver’s license with a driving record that is approved by our insurance provider
