Job Summary
Inside Sales Professional manages a customer portfolio over the phone in an assigned territory, making 50-60 outbound calls per shift to generate revenue, sources new opportunities via outbound and inbound channels, and uses CRM/SAP ECC and Microsoft Dynamics to track prospects. Responsibilities include coordinating with dispatch, credit, and quality control to ensure order delivery, participating in training and skill-building, and maintaining strong client relationships. Strong verbal and written communication, time management, and ERP/CRM proficiency are required; bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Business, sales, or marketing background is a plus.
