Job Summary
Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices for adults with serious mental illness, including schizophrenia-spectrum disorders. Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans while coordinating care across behavioral health, medical, and housing systems. Deliver crisis intervention and risk assessments, including suicide and violence evaluations, responding with urgency in emergency situations. Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support housing stability and community integration. Requires an active LSW or LPC license in Ohio, a Master's degree, and three years of experience in mental health and chemical dependency. Operates across clinical and community settings, involving travel between sites and physical demands up to 20 lbs.
Required Qualifications
