Job Summary
Senior-level recruiter support role within bp/Castrol focusing on end-to-end recruitment for less complex roles. Responsibilities include candidate sourcing via job boards and networking, screening, interview coordination between candidates and hiring managers, maintaining candidate records in the ATS, delivering timely communications for a positive candidate experience, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and supporting employer branding efforts at events. Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration or a related field, significant recruitment/HR experience, strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency with ATS and social media for sourcing, ability to work across geographies, and a willingness to learn and contribute to recruitment goals. The role includes up to 10% travel and a hybrid office/remote arrangement with Shanghai Office, China.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Significant experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field
- Experience of working across geographies is critical
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, ATS, and social media platforms for sourcing candidates
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to collaborate and support team members in achieving recruitment goals
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in recruitment and talent acquisition
