Job Summary

Avionics Systems Engineer at Bombardier responsible for development, testing, certification, and in-service support of avionics systems. Duties include defining and managing system requirements, interfacing with suppliers, integrating systems (AFCS, communications, navigation, displays, IMS/OMS, data load, CVR/FDR, cabin connectivity), reviewing test results, ARP4754 verifications, managing supplier deliverables, liaising with certifying authorities, addressing engineering issues, and contributing to software customization for crew alerting logic and synoptics pages. Requires university degree in Electrical, Electronics, Software, Aerospace Engineering or equivalent; experience levels from junior to senior with strong knowledge of avionics, system integration, DO-178/DO-160/DO-254/ARP4754, and willingness to travel. Hybrid work schedule with mandatory 2 days in office.
