Job Summary
Design and analyze precast concrete structures to ensure safety, performance, and code compliance; review, approve, and seal engineering calculations, drawings, and design documents; lead and oversee project design teams to meet milestones; mentor junior engineers; collaborate with architects, contractors, owners, and internal teams; interpret drawings, perform analyses, identify and resolve design and scheduling issues; support sales/estimating with engineering input; conduct site/plant visits and develop remedial solutions for project challenges.
Required Qualifications
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from ABET-accredited program
- 10+ years of experience in structural or precast concrete design
