Professional Educator - Grade (Pre K - 12)

Implement Monarch Integrated Methodology to strengthen relationship development with all students and support student growth across the four core goals. Collaborate with Therapy Services and Therapeutic Support faculty to ensure consistent language and experiences for students’ therapeutic needs. Plan and implement lessons addressing individual differences and learning styles; learn curriculum models such as social mapping, cognitive coaching, DIR, sensory integration, reflective teaching, and problem-based learning. Monitor student progress, propose treatment-plan adjustments, and coordinate with leadership to set yearly goals. Mentor/coaches students in pivotal targets, supervise and participate in staff meetings, and contribute to building a mentally healthy school community by coordinating with the Program Director and attending professional development. Requires ability to lift up to 40 pounds; working conditions involve frequent movement and classroom activity. Education required includes a minimum Bachelor’s degree in special education or education, with teaching certification preferred.
