Job Summary
Lead KOL engagement strategy and maintain relationships with physicians, surgeons, and healthcare institutions to support clinical, scientific, and commercial objectives. Design and deliver comprehensive physician education programs (Centers of Excellence training, hands-on workshops, site visits, and advisory boards), and plan end-to-end education events, webinars, and user meetings; provide tradeshow support. Ensure compliance and continuous improvement through accurate HCP documentation and Sunshine Act reporting; analyze event outcomes to drive data-informed improvements. Requires travel up to 40% (Spring higher; potential international trips), and collaboration within the Americas Commercial Marketing Team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, management, education, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in professional education, clinical affairs, marketing, or sales
- Travel up to 40%, including potential overnight international trips
- Experience working with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) in medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries
- Knowledge of Sunshine Act reporting and physician education programs
- Ability to design and deliver physician education programs (CoEs, hands-on workshops, advisory boards, webinars)
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
