Professional Dog Bather

Perform professional bathing services based on client requests, including brushing coats, drying thoroughly, trimming nails, and cleaning ears. Monitor pets for signs of stress or health concerns, ensuring water and potty breaks during extended appointments. Follow safe handling procedures for nervous or reactive pets, review prior service history, and document detailed notes in the computer system. Communicate professionally with pet parents regarding services and pickup times, while alerting leadership to any health or safety concerns. Clean and sanitize bathing and drying areas daily, sweep hair promptly, and properly measure and dilute all bathing products to company standards. Complete baths efficiently on schedule, maintain tools and equipment, and follow pet identification procedures. This role requires lifting up to 60 lbs, standing for extended periods, and working weekends and holidays.
