Professional Development Specialist RN - Critical Care - Hybrid

RN Professional Development Specialist focused on Critical Care, providing curriculum design and virtual facilitation within the Clinical Academy. Supports Nurse Residency and Fellowship programs, as well as preceptor and charge nurse development, delivering learning experiences to diverse nurse learners across the Central Division with assessment, design, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of experiences using technology-enabled approaches. Responsibilities include instructional design support, consultation on training strategies and skills-based learning (skills labs), and delivery of virtual, case-based client care experiences (simulation). Hybrid role with a strong emphasis on virtual class facilitation as a member of the Clinical Academy.
