Job Summary
Conduct rotational assignments across Product Development, Analytical Laboratory Services, Raw Material Management, and Operations to develop technical expertise. Generate new product ideas, feasibility studies, and chemistries while supporting laboratory research projects and maintaining accurate records. Perform analytical testing on internal and customer samples, prepare samples for third-party submissions, and assist with method development. Evaluate alternate raw materials to improve cost and supply continuity, and observe manufacturing operations to support scale-up and troubleshooting. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and derive actionable insights by partnering with cross-functional teams. This structured 18-month program for December 2026 graduates includes potential off-site laboratory rotations at partner locations.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Materials Science, or a related scientific discipline
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Demonstrated interest in laboratory work, applied science, or product development
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel for rotations, training, or customer support activities as needed
- This is an on-site role, working at DuBois' Corporate headquarters located in Sharonville, OH
