Job Summary
Lead the development and delivery of the Professional Development strategy to ensure high-quality programs for FVREB members. Collaborate with the Manager, Professional Development to translate program direction into structured learning experiences, monitor participation and outcomes, and provide insights for program optimization. Use participant feedback to inform improvements to the learner experience; develop and maintain program documentation and SOPs; deliver education that meets quality, relevance, and accessibility expectations; demonstrate strong instructional design fundamentals, LMS proficiency, and stakeholder collaboration. Minimum 5+ years in learning initiatives or training programs with a focus on adult learning principles; strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills. Required Qualifications
- college diploma or bachelor’s degree in Education, Adult Education, Instructional Design, Business Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience supporting learning initiatives, professional development, or training programs, including teaching, facilitation, or learner support
- working knowledge of digital learning environments, including LMS and online learning tools
- understanding of operational processes and workflows, with ability to document procedures clearly and accurately
- experience in project management and identifying gaps or inefficiencies in processes
- exceptional customer service skills, with a learner-centered approach
