Professional Development Coordinator (RN - Registered Nurse)

Coordinate the daily workflow of the Nursing Professional Development Team by leading collaboration to develop short and long-term department goals and determining necessary resources. Synthesize outcome data from learning needs assessments to plan, implement, and evaluate educational initiatives that bridge gaps in knowledge and skill. Assess learner characteristics to create culturally and socially relevant programs while ensuring readiness of facilities, materials, and instructors for planned activities. Function as both teacher and facilitator to support lifelong learning across practice and educational settings, monitor classes for adherence to standards, and evaluate course instructors against guidelines.
