Job Summary
Professional Development Credentialing Coordinator & Provider Coach to support high-quality early intervention services in Space Coast Early Steps. Responsible for coaching providers, facilitating professional development, monitoring fidelity, collecting/analyzing data related to coaching and outcomes, and collaborating with leadership to ensure service quality and sustainability. Requires Bachelor’s degree, knowledge of IDEA Part C and Florida Early Steps, experience with early intervention in natural environments, and strong skills in communication, collaboration, and data analysis. Full-time role based in Rockledge, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to Part C early intervention services
- Knowledge of IDEA Part C and Florida Early Steps system
- Experience providing early intervention services in natural environments
- Experience working with adult learners
- Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, and time-management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Zoom, and other relevant technology tools
- Advanced knowledge of evidence-based, routines-based early intervention practices
- Experience coaching, mentoring, or facilitating professional development
- Experience collecting and analyzing implementation and outcome data
- Advanced technology skills, including video platforms and secure file-sharing systems
- Ability to meet our approved driver qualifications in order to drive your personal vehicle, as required to drive for program related business
