Job Summary

Coordinate logistical execution for Milbank@Harvard, Learning@Milbank, and U.S. mentoring programs, including managing rosters, distributing materials, and hosting events. Serve as a secondary point of contact for program logistics, ensuring smooth operations through room booking, catering arrangements, and participant troubleshooting. Research and write content for the internal blog, draft polished communications, and process CLE credits while maintaining accurate trackers and online program files. Organize associate focus groups, compile feedback, and manage vendor contracts and learning subscriptions. Support mentoring programs via regular communications and surveys. Work overtime as needed and travel to Harvard University up to five times annually.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • A client-service mindset including responsiveness, professionalism, discretion, and follow-through
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to draft and proofread polished program communications and department newsletters
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Strong technology skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Confidence supporting live programs and events, including welcoming participants, troubleshooting logistics, and representing the team professionally
  • Sound judgment, flexibility, and a calm, solutions-oriented approach when handling last-minute changes or competing priorities
  • Availability to work overtime as needed
  • Willingness to travel to Harvard University for several days, up to five times a year (all reasonable expenses paid)
  • Confidently interact with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Effectively prioritize to permit management of multiple simultaneous, complex projects
  • Have strong attention to detail and a client-service mindset

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of viLMS a plus
