Job Summary
Distribute training invitations, manage logistics for workshops and multi-day programs, and reconcile attendance for CLE purposes. Update the Learning Management System, create e-learning modules, and coordinate weekly calls and agenda items. Support the annual associate review process by preparing reports, organizing materials, and conducting quality checks on written feedback. Assist with the Partner Promotion Process and coordinate details for the Practice Advisor and Associate Mentor program. Handle internal and client CLE applications across multiple jurisdictions, including adjusting credits in CEM. Maintain mentoring program materials and budget tracking while working across departments to ensure effective communication.
