Job Summary
Develop and evaluate facility education and development needs with an emphasis on clinical and staff competency. Ensure programs align with federal, state, local standards, Joint Commission, and CARF guidelines. Generate and maintain evidence of competency and education documentation for hospital staff. Develop and assist with department-specific education, orientation, and provide teaching and coaching on hospital practices and policies. Coordinate student placement with external agencies and support effective onboarding of new staff. This full-time position is based in the Kentfield facility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing
- Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of California
- Minimum three (3) years of experience as a registered nurse
- Minimum one (1) year acute care experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
- Full time position based in our Kentfield facility
