Job Summary
Oversee employee training, mentorship, and quality assurance initiatives by leading apprenticeship programs, conducting coaching sessions, and maintaining MANDT and TOOLs certifications. Coordinate Value Base Per Payment and REDCap data entry, guide staff through intervention strategies, and serve as the supervisor trainer for onboarding and scheduling. Conduct quality assurance reviews to identify gaps, provide corrective coaching, and report compliance concerns to leadership while collaborating on trend analysis and training needs. Work outside standard hours to meet employees on their scheduled shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- 2 years of experience in training, staff development, and/or quality assurance
- experience in place of education
- MANDT certification
- TOOLs certification
- Ability to follow directions
- Capable of obtaining and maintaining required training and certifications
- Able to document electronically in proprietary systems
- Computer and electronic communication literate
