Job Summary
Coordinate and control in-house Information Security and Privacy within the Penang manufacturing facility, including plant audits and new ISP regulation adaptations. Take measures to protect personal data and consult departments on planning technical and organizational security concepts. Provide feedback to management and user departments regarding detected data security risks. Support the RB/DSO with plant mitigating control activities and perform any other assigned duties. Requires a Bachelor's degree in IT or Management and 1-2 years of Data Security experience. Full leave entitlements and company insurance included.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Business Admin/Management or equivalent
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skill and inter-personal skills
- Able to work under stress with positive mindset
- Good communication and observation skill
- Fully determined, committed to deliver task in quality and timely manner
Desired Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of practical experience in Data Security, Information Security, Privacy and working experience in an international operating company as added advantage
