Job Summary
Professional Civil/Environmental Engineer with a BS or MS in Civil Engineering to lead design and permitting across civil, environmental, water resources, geotechnical, and transportation projects. Responsibilities include developing design plans and specifications, cost estimates, bid packages, regulatory permitting (EPA, USACE, State), project development and client interaction, field surveying, construction administration, and mentoring engineers. Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil3D and strong communication, budgeting, and scheduling skills are required; PE licensure in MT/WY is required. 6-15 years of experience and willingness to travel. Location: Laramie, WY.
Required Qualifications
- BS or MS in Civil Engineering
- PE licensure required in MT and/or WY
- 6-15 years of Civil Engineering experience
