Job Summary
Identify, document, and model support and service processes within the Service Desk environment. Analyze existing workflows to pinpoint optimization potential regarding efficiency, service quality, and automation feasibility. Evaluate, prioritize, and guide automation initiatives incorporating modern AI and Agentic AI technologies. Develop technical solution concepts based on functional requirements and oversee their implementation with technical teams and stakeholders. Validate deployed solutions for business value, operational effectiveness, and scalability. Requires multiple years of experience in business analysis, process management, and service management, along with proven expertise in automation projects and tools like Microsoft Copilot or Power Automate. Fluency in German (C1/C2) and English is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung in Business Analyse, Prozessmanagement und/oder Service Management auf Professional-Level
- Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der erfolgreichen Planung und Umsetzung von Automatisierungsvorhaben
- Fundierte Erfahrung bei der Aufnahme, Strukturierung und Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in umsetzbare Lösungskonzepte
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Prozessoptimierung und Automatisierung im Service- oder Supportumfeld
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio und/oder Power Automate
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1/C2) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
