Job Summary
Senior-level Professional Assistant Branch Manager Wealth role leading Sales and wealth-advisory efforts within TD Private Wealth Management. Responsible for recruiting, developing, and leading high-performance teams; planning and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives; coaching employees to identify client product and service needs and delivering on wealth-advisory goals. Actively promote the TD PWM brand in the community, engage in business groups, ensure due diligence and Know Your Client processes, and facilitate referrals to TD Wealth areas. Lead organizational collaboration to implement branch business plans, maintain understanding of the PWM offering, monitor industry trends, and navigate evolving regulatory requirements. Requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, client-focused service, public speaking, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion across a large financial institution.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate university degree or related post-secondary education
- Currently registered with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) as a Registered Representative and Supervisor
- 7+ years of Wealth leadership experience, including branch and sales management
- Proven track record of recruiting, acquiring, growing and retaining top talent; promoting diversity and building partnerships
- Ability to balance business realities with regulatory expectations and lead others in evolving environment
