Job Summary
The Professional 1, Information Technology role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the organization's IT infrastructure and operations across desktop, laptop, printer, and user support systems. Key duties include ensuring SLA adherence, implementing IT incident management protocols, monitoring IT service performance, administering IT security and patch management, liaising with Global Network and Global Server teams for project integration, contributing to site IT projects, driving process improvements to enhance service delivery, and documenting successful improvements for replication across sites. Foundational requirements include a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field; preferred familiarity with IT infrastructure, networking, ITIL concepts, and a focus on growing in a global IT environment.
