Job Summary
Customer Service Representative Intern role in Flex Aguascalientes focusing on delivering high-quality service across customer needs. Responsibilities include using system applications to provide comprehensive support, maintaining service standards during high-volume periods, interpreting customer needs, and communicating clearly in English. Track KPIs and drive action items, coordinate Orderboard, RMA, CMA, AR, OTD, and export processes. Knowledge of SOX controls, incoterms, terms of payment and agreements, and invoicing processes (EDI, CTO, BTO, BTF) is valued. Create CMF, MRF, and PQR; basic finance and lean concepts are preferred. 80% English, advanced Excel preferred, and a strong resiliency mindset are beneficial.
