Conduct procurement and condition negotiations, evaluate suppliers, and select vendors for the garden and specialty crops portfolio. Manage assortment selection and design, handle article master and price maintenance, and serve as the subject matter expert supporting the department. Plan key performance indicators regarding revenue, sales, and contribution margin while acting as the interface with operational procurement, master data, and marketing teams. Requires a commercial or agricultural degree, SAP and Excel proficiency, and relevant farming knowledge. Located in Munich with 30 days vacation plus six extra days.
