Job Summary
Conduct market, customer, and partner analysis to identify opportunities and potential. Plan, prioritize, and steer the product roadmap for cloud products while executing UX research, user interviews, and discovery to validate problem statements and solutions. Structure and specify product requirements, translating them into actionable features through user testing and customer workshops. Collaborate closely with product development, project teams, customer success, and sales. Contribute to the portfolio and strategy development, including active involvement in AI integration within products, processes, and product management.
Required Qualifications
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Produktmanagement von Cloud-Produkten
- Erfahrung in Business Analyse, UX Research, Product Discovery oder vergleichbaren Disziplinen
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Anforderungen zu strukturieren, zu priorisieren und verständlich zu spezifizieren
- Analytische, strukturierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise mit hoher Entscheidungsstärke
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit modernen KI-Werkzeugen
- Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
