Job Summary
Manage quality assurance by reviewing QC reports, identifying pattern defects across fabric charges, and issuing clear revision directives to manufacturers. Lead production projects from initial sampling to final delivery by coordinating with partners in Turkey, managing schedules, and overseeing corrective actions. Develop existing product lines by analyzing competitor offerings and implementing improvements without designing from scratch. Create technical packs and labels that directly inform the manufacturing process. Leverage AI tools for quality evaluation and workflow optimization, while visiting production sites in Turkey approximately every two months for three days.
Required Qualifications
- Very good German and English, also in conversation with suppliers
- Regular visits to Turkey every two months, approximately three days each time
- Ability to work with AI in QC evaluation and product development
- Ability to create tech-packs and labels
- Ability to lead producers through projects from first sample to final delivery
- Ability to ensure quality by checking QC reports and recognizing patterns across colors and fabric charges
- Ability to develop existing products and recognize what works better
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Ability to stay organized with multiple productions, deadlines, and producer conversations in parallel
- Ability to be precise (not accepting 'it fits' at the first sample)
- Ability to work directly with Gregor, the Co-Founder
- Ability to take increasing responsibility in the product area
- Ability to work in part-time (15-20 hours per week) starting 01.09.2026 in Vienna
