Job Summary
Develop and evolve composite products within the HUS Privat segment across the entire product lifecycle, analyzing market potentials, regulatory changes, and customer perspectives. Actively steer product profitability and portfolio performance by deriving appropriate measures, while concepting tariffs in close collaboration with the actuarial department. Coordinate product projects by aligning commercial, actuarial, and legal requirements, ensuring regulatory compliance and structuring complex topics for committee reviews. Collaborate with sales, operations, IT, and other stakeholders to design product features and maintain transparency on project progress. Contribute to team goals through product training and active project participation.
Required Qualifications
- Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Erfahrung im Produktmanagement
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Daten und Ableitung von Erkenntnissen
- Gutes fachliches Verständnis für Versicherungsprodukte
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen klar zu strukturieren und konzeptionell zu arbeiten
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern
- Hohe Eigenverantwortung
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit Anforderungen, Konzepten und Abstimmungen
- Spaß an der Analyse und dem Umgang mit großen Datenmengen
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Produktmanagement, idealerweise in der Versicherungswirtschaft
- Gutes fachliches Verständnis für Versicherungsprodukte (HUS von Vorteil)
