Job Summary
Develop and manage lead and existing products within the occupational pension sector, serving as the primary contact for complex second-level product inquiries. Monitor sales performance across various distribution channels and critically analyze current products and processes against internal and competitive benchmarks. Act as the central point of contact to coordinate solutions between sales, actuarial, operations, and IT teams, potentially assuming partial leadership of product development. Maintain a structured, solution-oriented approach to advancing product initiatives within the team.
Required Qualifications
- Expertise in Lösungen in der betrieblichen Altersvorsorge
- Erfahrung mit bAV-Produkten im Produktmanagement und/oder Vertrieb bei einem deutschen Lebensversicherer
- Erfahrung als Projektmanager*in oder Unternehmensberater*in mit entsprechendem Bezug zur betrieblichen Altersvorsorge
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Office-Produkten (insb. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
Desired Qualifications
