Job Summary
Plan and control production orders while ensuring timely manufacturing in a GMP environment. Manage material demand planning and monitor material availability. Maintain and administer master data within the SAP system. Collaborate closely with production, purchasing, supply chain, and quality assurance teams. Monitor production and delivery deadlines, initiating appropriate measures for deviations. Contribute to process optimizations and act as an SAP Key User in materials management. This role requires a technical or commercial background with supply chain or production planning experience, specifically in pharma or life science. Strong SAP skills (MM/PP) and GMP understanding are essential. The position is fixed-term for 12 months with an immediate start.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Weiterbildung im Bereich Supply Chain, Logistik oder Produktionsplanung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Produktionsplanung, Materialdisposition oder Supply Chain
- Erfahrung im Pharma- oder Life-Science-Umfeld
- Sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse (MM/PP)
- Erfahrung im Stammdatenmanagement
- Verständnis für GMP-Anforderungen
- Verständnis für regulierte Produktionsprozesse
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Analytische Arbeitsweise
- Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Befristete Anstellung für 12 Monate
