Job Summary
Operate modern semiconductor assembly equipment and assemble SAW components according to documented work instructions and inspection requirements. Transfer production orders within the ERP system and utilize test software and production planning tools to manage daily tasks. Work within cleanroom environments for both front-end wafer production and back-end assembly areas under the supervision of the SAW Manufacturing Manager. Requires a minimum of 10th-grade education, preferably in electronics or precision mechanics, with good German language skills. Located at the Teltow site with no travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Schulabschluss mindestens der 10. Klasse
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Software (um Testsoftware laden und das Produktionsplanungssystem nutzen zu können)
Desired Qualifications
- Vorzugsweise eine Ausbildung in Elektronik, Physik oder Feinmechanik
- Erfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Berufsfeld
- Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Interesse an technischen Themen
- Gutes Verständnis für technische Abläufe
- Erfahrung in der Elektronikfertigung
- Erfahrung in der Front-End- oder Back-End-Fertigung
