Operate and monitor extrusion machines, perform changeovers, and assist in troubleshooting simple malfunctions to ensure consistent product quality. Collaborate closely with production planning staff while maintaining steady output. Work in a three-shift model within a family-owned team specializing in hose and profile extrusion. While prior experience in plastic processing is advantageous, we welcome career changers and those with a relevant vocational training. The role offers an indefinite contract, 30 days of vacation, and access to free Friday manual therapy sessions.
