Monitor and control production machinery, oversee cleaning and maintenance of production areas, stock various containers with malt, and manage hygiene and cleanliness. Ensure all operations meet the highest quality standards for premium and specialty malts developed by the family brewery. This role requires reliability, technical understanding, and craft skills, with a mandatory one-time monthly weekend shift. The position offers comprehensive onboarding to join a team with over two centuries of tradition in Bavaria.
