Job Summary
Operate and monitor production processes for high-quality plastic products, including independent machine setup, operation, and quality control checks. Perform tasks within the production workflow following comprehensive training. Requires technical vocational training or production experience, with a willingness to work standard and on-demand 3- or 4-shift rotations. Located in Eisenstadt, this role offers a starting gross salary of €2,842.90 for full-time employment (38 hours/week). Applicants must demonstrate technical understanding, craftsmanship, and reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Bereitschaft für 3-Schicht-Dienst (Standard-Schichtdienst) und 4-Schicht-Dienst (auftragsbedingt in Ausnahmefällen)
- technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
- hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Eigenverantwortung und Zuverlässigkeit
Desired Qualifications
- abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung bzw. Erfahrung im Produktionsumfeld von Vorteil
- Berufseinsteiger, Quereinsteiger aus anderen Berufen sowie BewerberInnen mit Interesse an einer Produktionstätigkeit im Kunststoffbereich
