Operate and monitor semi- and fully automated filling and packaging lines, including independent setup and process supervision. Execute and document quality and in-process controls while assisting with the resolution of minor disruptions. Contribute to continuous improvement projects and process optimization initiatives. Adhere to safety, hygiene, and quality guidelines. Requires experience operating industrial production machinery, technical aptitude, and strong German language skills. Shift work involves rotating between early morning (06:00–14:00) and late shifts (13:45–22:00).
