Produktionsmitarbeiter/in (m/w/x) Aseptische Abfüllung

Conduct format changes on aseptic manufacturing machines for filling and freeze-drying processes, including stocking sterilized tools and operating autoclaves, high-pressure cleaners, and fill lines. Perform automated integrity tests on sterile filters and aseptic connector systems while booking charges in the particulate measurement system. Monitor critical process parameters such as pressure and temperature, evaluate alarms in the electronic system, and report or resolve system anomalies. Execute sample draws during filling and unloading operations, and verify technical equipment before granting usage approval. Work in a high-tech environment within a shift system, typically three shifts or full continuous rotation, including weekends and holidays.
