Job Summary
Operate and monitor injection molding, automation, and packaging production lines while identifying, analyzing, and resolving simple malfunctions. Execute quality control checks, document production data and equipment status, and collaborate with maintenance teams on technical issues. Ensure strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality protocols throughout the 3-shift operation. This role requires a technical vocational qualification, experience operating machinery, and strong German language skills (B1).
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem technischen oder industriellen Beruf oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung als, Anlageführer, Maschinenführer oder Produktionsmitarbeiter
- Technisches Verständnis sowie sicherer Umgang mit Prozessleitsystemen und Produktionsanlagen
- Selbständige, sorgfältige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Belastbar und Flexibel
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3 - Schichtbetrieb
- Gute Deutsch Kenntnisse (B1)
