Oversee bakery production operations by mixing dough, monitoring production lines, and performing quality control while collaborating closely with colleagues on the 15-person night shift. Ensure food safety and quality standards are met during the Sunday and Thursday-to-Monday shift from 00:00 to 07:10, rotating between the production line and packaging area as needed. Work in close coordination with quality and maintenance teams to maintain seamless operations across the entire chain.
